Weekends

Hay its me, Kamire, today I’m writing about the weekends.

In the weekends. I went to my friends house and to sleep over on saturday my friends name is
Korobeau Morrison he is my best friendwe skate  and have a little snake and movies. If we are allowed to watch movies but most of all we have lots of fun together and have a lot of food but when we have a talk we are so happy we are both excited to have more fun at his house and our friends house my  favorite food is butter chicken.

Art live

Ki ora my name is kamire weekends  i love to play with my friends.
we skate bord every weekends so we can get ready for the big
comp so if we need to be safe to put on safty pads.

Last Saterday  we had the comp in the city i loved it we done
lots of skating and playing we loved going down the ramps
we did tricks on to little bumps and hoped off....... ah I failed to go off the ramp
just then the comp started and i was so happy that it started.

 it was a fun day we finished with a ride back to glen innes on
the train.We went to Mc Donalds for dinner and
skated back home
and had a rest in my room.

camp 2012

On the first day of camp we were playing and put up tents. After that we had lunch. Later on we did some activities. My favourite parts, so far, are YMCA for a swim in the pool. Then we came back to camp for dinner and desert. For dessert we had ice cream and fruit salad.

When we went to ‘Swimarama’ I went on to the diving board and did a bomb into the water. It was fun when I swam back up. We had. I came fourth in my race against my friends. My group was the ‘Respectorz’.

First dog in space

The dog Laika, the first living creature to live on the Earth, did not live nearly as long as Soviet officials led the world to believe.
The animal, launched on a one-way trip on board Sputnik 2 in November 1957, was said to have died painlessly in orbit about a week after blast-off.
Now, it has been revealed she died from overheating and panic just a few hours after the mission started.
The new evidence was presented at the recent World Space Congress in Houston, Texas, US, by Dimitri Malashenkov of the Institute for Biological Problems in Moscow.
Noted space historian Sven Grahn was surprising and significant as it ended more than 40 years of speculation about Laika's fate.
